Erica Krikorian d/b/a Creer Legal is "Of Counsel" to the firm.


Erica is a trial attorney with a practice focus in the areas of civil rights, legal malpractice and ethics, discrimination and employment. She has over 25 years of complex civil litigation experience in state, federal and administrative courts. She has tried complex cases to jury verdicts in both state and federal court, in matters ranging from employment discrimination and civil rights to personal injury and death. Having started her career in insurance defense, she also have experience in the defense of commercial general liability matters, ranging from products and premises liability to attorney malpractice.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-litigation negotiations through briefing and argument on appeal. Erica is a member of the Washington and California (inactive) bar associations and licensed to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is Martindale Hubbell AV-rated.
